No symptoms

Hi ladys . So I’m 40 and 4/5 weeks pregnant , my worry is that I have no symptoms . Iv been a little tired but Thats it . I have a dating scan on the 27th at the early pregnancy unit , but I’m now getting scared as I don’t feel pregnant. My other kids I had sickness from day 1 . Any one els like this xx
