Sorry did not know what group to post this in. I have no one to ask for advice on what to do or anything , which is why I’m posting here to see if others have been through this and they proceeded.

So two weeks ago Feb 3rd I got an ultrasound, the tech said baby measured right on time for 8w5d & heartbeat was 178

Today at exactly 11wks

I go to get a private ultrasound because I wanted progress pictures and to show a few of my friends the baby. only for the tech to question how far along I am, if I peed b4 the appointment, if I’m sure that my last period was right . She said the baby was too small for 11wks , I asked if she can measure it , it said around 1.81cm she said it seems to be around 8w2d , that maybe I’m just early

I said no I was checked two weeks ago everything was fine & I asked her to check for a heartbeat , she showed that there was no flutter & then did the sound thing and indeed there was no heartbeat.

I’m just numb rn, all I wanna do is cry.

To begin with I didn’t have no pregnancy symptoms, I was just tired asf & I had cramps in the beginning at like 4/5 weeks.

I also have no signs of a miscarriage, no bleeding,spotting, cramps . Which is why I think it’s a missed miscarriage.

Im calling my OB tmr & going to explain but I don’t know what to expect from here, this is my first pregnancy.
