Implantation bleeding for 5 days with heavy breasts

Hi All 👋

I’d be so grateful if you could give your opinion on this one .

I started spotting 5 days ago ( 2 dots of pink blood per day with sticky brown discharge only when I wipe) .It started when it was supposed start my period. I’m having heavy breasts no pain. Had mild cramping and back pain for 3 days. I’ve been checking since I started spotting but only BFN.

Should I see a doctor? Could this be implantation bleeding?
