How to encourage bf to get new job

My bf complains about his job a lot and has been saying for months he wants to start applying to new jobs, but he doesn’t. His job is a two hour commute one way and he is being paid much less than what he is qualified for. I hate seeing his job take so much out of him, he gets home so late and is always so tired.

I’ll sometimes send him job links (once a month or once every couple months) and say that this looks like a good opportunity, but that’s all I do and he has never applied. I don’t want to nag him to start applying places because that’s ultimately his decision but I just hate seeing him so happy and not doing anything about it.

Is there anything more I should do? I don’t feel it’s my place to nag him because that will just stress him out even more. But when we did speak about it I did offer him my support in looking/applying to places and I even updated his resume for him.
