Hi Momma's, my baby is 3month, I stopped pumping for a while and I just realized that my breast milk isn't flowing again, please what should I do to make it flow again

Pump every two hours on the dot , have him latch for stimulation, take fenugreek vitamins and eat oatmeal before you pump. Massage them when your in the shower
