Theodore too popular?

Question

We picked out Theodore (nn Theo) a couple years ago when first starting our ttc journey. Now it's super popular. We love it and it's the only boy name we could agree on. But I prefer to avoid popular or trendy names. 
Would you keep it or pick something else? Any suggestions of other boy names similar vibes to Theodore that we may like?

I would leave it. My best friend growing up was also Samantha and we loved it. We were like our own little club.

I don’t know a single Theodore. 
My son’s name is Garrett (not common at all where I live) and my daughter’s name is Olivia (four people we know just named their daughters Olivia in the past year) We loved the name and don’t care that it’s popular. Trending names change a lot and I’d rather give my child a common name than something unique that will be mispronounced their entire life. Everyone has their own unique appearance and personality, common names aren’t that big of a deal to me.

I would keep it. What everyone else names their baby isn't important. You are the one who will be calling your child this for their life, so pick a name you love. Regardless of anyone else's kid. It may not end up being a big deal. I named my oldest Lily because I love the name even tho I know it's popular and she's literally never met another Lily. We don't know very many Lily's at all. So despite it being a popular name statistically, that hadn't affected us.

My name is Sophia. It's been #1 on the baby girls name list since the early 2000's. I have never met another Sophia in person. I think you'll be ok lol
