HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I’m about to drive myself crazy!!! I know OPKs aren’t ideally great for women with PCOS due to hormone imbalances BUT this cycle I did 50mg of Clomid CD3-7 and was told to wait 3 days before testing due to getting a fake positive so I started testing on CD 10 which was negative up until CD 13 I got a high result with clearblue advanced ovulation digital so I got a blinking smiley face then on CD 14 I got a peak which was a solid non blinking smiley face. And suppose to ovulate TODAY!!! Would that be accurate still? Since I did use Clomid this cycle even though I have PCOS?? Here’s my calendar. I’m just praying that I am and do ovulate we have a 3 year old and are ready for another one.
