I’ve been with my husband for 6 years (married for 4) he found out on Friday that he tested positive for G. He swears (put it on our children) that he hasn’t been with anyone else during our relationship/marriage, he said the only time he’s been with someone else was a month before we started dating (in 2017) and that the doctors told him it could lay dormant for months or years or that wasn’t showing any symptoms until now. I’m currently getting tested and I don’t know what to do. He’s the only person I’ve ever been with and I’ve never had an STD or know much about them (other than general knowledge, not in-depth). I’m a wife, a mom, I come work and come home to my family so it goes without saying how hurt and disappointed and every other emotion I can think of because I didn’t put myself in this position to be exposed to any diseases, I don’t have several sex partners I’m not living that kind of life and to be here in this position is just mind blowing…
