Baby reflux

How soon would you know that your baby had silent reflux? My second baby is 2 weeks old and he cries a lot and it seems like he’s in pain at times. I’m not sure what’s normal for a newborn (as my daughter wasn’t like this) and what could be a sign of reflux?

I’ve had 3 kids with reflux. This time around she has silent. She doesn’t spit up much but generally you can hear the reflux. Signs are getting hiccups a lot. Being congested a lot, arching back when crying, uneasy after eating that is fixed by eating a little bit more.

My baby had the WORST colic, she would also spit up SO much. What finally helped was getting her oral ties fixed, along with chiropractic care. But getting the tie revision was a LIFE SAVER

My daughter had this and it started around that time. Frequent hiccups, irritability when feeding were her main symptoms. Turns out she has a bad tongue tie.

Things I'd do would be ask your pediatrician first. I'd get baby checked for tongue tie by a pediatric dentist, and bring them to the chiropractor.
