How many of you used a nursery chair?

Im looking into nursery chair for babies room, however I can’t justify the prices I’m seeing. I wanna know how many of you used your chairs to see if it’s worth buying one or if it’s a waste of money

Mine was a necessity. especially when my son was a newborn that’s where I’d sit it to nurse or pump and I had a cart next to it with all my supplies and snacks. It’s also a recliner so I even slept in it after my c section it was hard to get out of bed. I love my chair and it was worth every penny. My son is almost 17 months I still rock him to sleep in it every night.

I didn't have one and I wished I had a comfy spot to nurse my son especially in the middle of the night. It's something I'm considering this time around. I'm looking into other solutions as well (like some way to make a regular chair comfy), but a real rocking chair would be awesome!

We use it very lightly everyday, he’s 2 and we still read a bedtime story in it every night. It was nice for feedings during the newborn stage (it was better for my back to sit in that chair in the nursery rather than feed hunched over in my bed). 
You don’t need to get a really expensive one! I think ours was like $250? It’s not the best chair in the world but I also don’t have any major complaints about it.

I have this chair and my husband and I used it every day with my daughter for 2 years, then it didn’t get used for a year and now we use it every day for my 6 mo. We read books before naps and bedtime, nighttime nursing/feeding sessions, sick time snuggles, etc.

I didn't buy a nursing chair, but I kept one of the lazyboys when we got our new living room set and just put that in baby's room. She's only 7weeks so still in our room and I just feed her in bed for now.

I used it constantly in the early months when nursing, esp for nighttime nursing.  Way more comfortable than sitting upright in bed.  My daughter was also a slow eater so each session would be a while. Still use it daily with our 2.5 year old.  Sort of our special place to read and cuddle before bed.

I have a big comfy recliner in my son's room that I have used every day several times a day since he was born. I didn't like any of the typical nursery rocking chairs so I went with something that will work even when I'm done breastfeeding him and needing to rock him to sleep, I can just move it to my living room when he gets older and needs more space in his bedroom.

For my first we put a rocking chair in the nursery. She’s 2yo and we still use it every day.
For my second, we made the guest room into her nursery, and left the bed in there (we room share for now) so I just feed her in the bed.
