Do I change my therapist again or no?
This past year I’ve been through 4 different therapist. They all referred me to someone else either because they didn’t know how to help or needed more advanced therapist etc. the one I have right now I don’t care for. It’s EMDR so idk if you can even build a relationship with your therapist over that. I really don’t like how she never remembers anything I say about myself or situations. I’m constantly repeating the same stories. I understand some thing but major details about me I feel like she should remember. I’m not seeing/feeling any progress with EMDR and most people would start to see some kind of change by now. What should I do? I don’t want to be rude telling her but I also don’t know if she’s effecting my progress. I’m also just tired of seeing person after person
