7 week scan-need insight/advice!

I went in for my early scan and the doctor found a heart beat (144 bpm) and the baby measured what we thought it should be. Then the tech mentioned I had a “tall” uterus. This is baby #3 and this ultrasound does look a little different than my first two. There doesn’t seem to be as much space if that makes sense. Anyone have any insight with this or had a similar scan?
