Fibrosis on the Uterus

So, I just discovered 2 weeks ago that I now have cysts or fibroids growing on my uterine walls where it makes my period flow extremely heavier than normal, I now get vertigo for days, and am told that my options are surgery to remove the cyst, birth control, surgery to remove all of my lady bits (Historectamy), or live this way for good. I am scared because I have always wanted to have kids, at least one or two. I have never been on birth control because of all of the side effects. If I must have surgery I will, but I do want to avoid that and will try birth control first. Does anyone else’s have this issue? How did you manage it? If you chose birth control which one do you use? If you chose one of the surgeries how do you feel after?
