Bleeding 5 weeks pregnant

So I’m 5+1 today, I started bleeding yesterday but I have absolutely no pain! No cramps nothing just bleeding. I have been testing still and it’s still really dark. I had a miscarriage last month and it felt nothing like this. This feels like a period but with no pain. Is it even possible everything could be ok? Or am I in denial?😩 todays test is attached a bleeding in comments.
