Did I ovulate??

Question

I can never tell if I have ovulated with bbt. I have been tracking both my bbt and also using opks. I had a spike in bbt yesterday with a positive opk. Today my bbt went down again and my opks still positive. Anyone no more about this stuff and can let me know I'd I've ovulated?

Typically you ovulate 24-36 hours after your first positive opk. It can take a few days to see your temp rise though.

But no temps don’t confirm ovulation yet

BBT confirms ovulation after 3 temp rises higher than the previous 6. The day before the first temp rise would be ovulation day.
