Hemangioma?

My 5-week old sweetie developed what I believe is a strawberry hemangioma on her scalp at around 3 weeks of age. I have been googling photos and am quite nervous… do they all get to be so large? Do some stay relatively small? Guidance from experienced mamas welcome!

My son had that on his eyelid at like a month old and had to take prescribed medicine so it wouldn’t get any larger.

I was told by a pediatrician that they’re usually only concerned, or do anything about them, if they’re larger than 5cm or on the face .

Two weeks n the front and two in the back of her head

My daughter had four all together. Not worried about it.  My 12 yr old had them all over his head they disappeared with 6months. Nothing to worry about.  Lot ppl say it’s linked to a bean mutation. But my kids never came back positive got anything.
