Hospital Bag?

Currently ￼32 weeks 1 day, when should I pack my hospital bag and what should I pack ? 🤔

I highly recommend a heating pad! Labor is hard on the back, pushing is hard on the back, epidural is hard on the back, and even csection because that spinal can be hard on the back! With my son i had to have my mom bring mine to the hospital for me, this time its already packed! Also, throw away toiletries and shower sandals, i didnt want to have to bring any of that back home with me, the thought of that grossed me out. Phone charger, chapstick, i like to have my own comfy lounge dress to wear during the postpartum, a going home outfit for you and baby. Check with your hospital to make sure they provide postpartum supplies like tucks, peri bottle, pads, and diapers and wipes for baby.

Contact your hospital and see if they have a list of what to bring. I’m in Canada so we have to bring our own diapers etc, so thankfully they have an official list of what I need to bring!

Iv had all the stuff for a few weeks just need to throw it all into the bag and wash some stuff 33 weeks here so I feel like I still have a little time but definitely won’t wait past 36 weeks since my second came at 38 weeks.
