TW MMC.

I just want to start by saying any words of advice, good wishes and baby dust is welcome! I miscarried at 12wks but baby only grew to 10wks, in September 2022. I had my first cycle since on January 15th. This cycle was a letrozole cycle plays by my doctor. On cd 21 I had progesterone drawn but no ovulation detected at that time. She wanted me to wait until the beginning of March to take progesterone to induce again. Well last week I had pretty significant ovary pain and went in today to get an ultrasound. Looks like I had a few small (1cm) cyst and a little bit of fluid from a possibly ruptured one. My doctor is pretty sure this was ovulation and has instructed me to wait two weeks, test and if negative to take progesterone. Two weeks will be my estimated due date of my lost baby and if I do get pregnant the due date of this pregnancy would be my grandmother who passed away birthday. I’m hoping this is good! I am manifesting this hard. That would be perfect! Send good vibes!!

I took a test this morning and looks like there might be a line! I’m really really hoping so!!
