Pregnancy and work

So I just found out I’m 5 weeks i work in a care home and we have a lot of heavy residents who need to be rolled from side to side and hoisted ect I’m worried because I don’t want to tell anyone yet as it’s abit early but I don’t want to hurt myself at work any suggestions how I can work around this?
