Myo-inositol causing delayed period?

Back in January I ordered myo-inositol, it didn’t end up arriving until mid February so I started taking it on 02/18/23, I had a really weird long ovulation peak of 8 days prior to taking I t so I thought I’d already ovulated and “what’s the risk?”. I was supposed to start a new cycle on 02/24/23 however it’s now 03/08/23 and no sign of aunt flow so I am totally lost. I’ve had cramping here and there but nothing ever comes of it and I’m getting confused. Took a pregnancy test back in February and ended up getting a few faint lines but I assumed they were evaps because they didn’t really get darker, haven’t taken another test because my ovulation tests will be lighter one day and darker the next but I know if I was pregnant they’d be a solid positive every day.

Has myo-inositol ever effected anyone else’s cycle like this? Feeling really defeated right now :(
