Worried???

Question

I bought health tests online which test for liver function, kidney function, PH, blood, glucose and ketones in urine.
I have a really bad case of the flu and not eaten since yesterday at 5pm, everything I drink is coming up within 5 minutes, I’m so runned down I can barely function.
I took this test tonight and it showed a high level of ketones in my urine???? What does this mean???

Ketones in urine is a sign of dehydration, as you've said you're ill I wouldn't assume it's anything worse. Just make sure you're taking on lots of fluids.
If you're concerned it's something worse re-test when you're better so you know it's a true result of anything abnormal going on then.

Do you do keto/no carb dieting? Flu can aggravate ketones but if youre diabetic or have gestational diabetes you should notify your dr.
