Took plan b can I still get pregnant??

Had unprotected sex on Friday the 3rd man ejaculated inside me.. Saturday I saw egg white/creamy cm. Took plan B Monday the 6th what’s the likely hood of me getting pregnant. My periods or normal and the normally ovulate on the exact date that glow says cause I have the pain. I experienced cramping on ovulation day but not sure if it was ovulation cramps or side effects from the plan b

Since you didn't track ovulation there is no way to know if the plan b worked or not. Plan b just keeps you from ovulating. It also may throw your cycle off. You can take a test 2 weeks after sex and it should be accurate. 
If you are not wanting to get pregnant you should be using some sort of birth control like condoms.
