Hi all, am 15days pp and exclusively breastfeeding. I have one cracked nipple due to poor latch and we are working n improving on latch now. This cracked nipple hurt but not as bad as before and am still able to feed my baby with that. It did not heal completely yet. Am wondering if i can continue to breastfeed with a cracked nipple which has lanolin cream on? I know it delays healing progress but engrossed breast scares me more. Am hoping my baby will learn as he gets older. Also anyone used APNO cream? Does it heal nipple faster n is it safe to use while breastfeedig?
