Has anyones baby had ACTUAL armpit BO and been healthy??

I’m going to his doctor this week. He is 6 months and has armpit BO you expect in puberty. Everything I google says this means a health issue and I’m scared. It’s not just musty or a yeast infection or old milk or anything like that, it’s actual BO like an active dirty adult would have without deodorant, even soon after a good bath. Has anyone had a child with this and been ok? I’ve read heavy metal poisoning is a possible cause and I’ve been getting this formula from another country and now I’m worried it’s that.
