TMI - Periods late, cramping, discharge but negatives (PICS)

Hi, so I have Endometriosis and don’t know when I actually ovulate, my periods are irregular (The past 6 months in length were 33 days, 28 days, 41 days, 28 days, 38 days and this cycle so far is on day 32)

Because of my Endometriosis I also can have cramps at any point in my cycle as well as feel every normal symptom of pregnancy without it being pregnancy. But two things that almost never happen to me are spotting and discharge of any kind.

My period (according to the flo app) was supposed to start a day or two ago, but I’m irregular and thought nothing of that - but for the past 3-4 days I’ve had quite painful cramps, some very mind spotting/tinged discharge and lots of discharge.

Period was expected by flo to start around 10th/11th March, on the 11th I had very light spotting/tinged discharge when wiping on the toilet and assumed it was my period starting (despite never having spotting normally, usually it just comes on suddenly and HEAVY) but for the rest of the day there was zero blood at all, but definitely some discharge.

Today (12th) I again have very light spotting/tinged discharge when wiping and cramps and discharge although this time the discharge was white? Still no sign of my usual heavy period bleeding

Does anyone know what’s happening??

** Editing to add: I’ve taken two tests so far (first response) and both were negative.
