Hello I thought I was further along but was told I’m 8 weeks Tuesday.

I had implantation bleeding for 10 days they did internal ultrasound and said everything was fine. Rescheduled appointment for 2 weeks later. I went to this appointment last Tuesday and they said baby there was no development lots of blood outside sac and no heartbeat 💔

I have to go again on Tuesday and said if no heartbeat will discuss my options.

It’s my third child never had miscarriage before and I’m heartbroken any help would be appreciated thank you
