11dpo pregnancy?

Can someone tell me why a clinic would give me a BFN, but I got this.
I have had 2 kids. I know I’m pregnant again. My thing is, I have to track my cycles closely due to my medication I take to prevent it. But I know I am pregnant. 
Could someone shed some light on why their tests do not show what mine have? Or even what I am missing?
I have tests that start from 5dpo and 8-11 is where everything got darker.

Getting a blood test tomorrow. These were both fmu.

The doctors test probably needed more hcg. Either wait and retest at their office or ask for blood work♥️

I see it, even the digital says pregnant. Did they do a urine test or a blood test?

And digital test can give false positives it’s not very often but it happens I’ve seen plenty
