Thrush at 33 weeks pregnant

Has anyone has thrush at 33 weeks pregnant? I’m all achy at my lower abdomen and just wondering if it’s to do with the thrush, I had an internal examination yesterday also and also inserted the tablet last night. Just wondering if my aches and pains in the lower abdomen is related to it all 🙈
