Postpartum Question

Obviously I will ask my doctor, but it’s so hard to get in to see her right now. I am four months postpartum and it still hurts/is sore when my husband and I try to have sex. I don’t know if it’s because we just aren’t having sex very often, because we are using condoms (which we haven’t used in over 10 years) or because of the doctors trying to manipulate the baby when he was stuck during labor. I guess I’m looking to see if anyone else has gone through this or if I should just go straight to my doctor. TIA.
