Hi! We’ve been trying for a year, in that time we’ve had an ectopic and a miscarriage. This is our first cycle trying Letrozole. I was prescribed 2.5mg. My cycle started yesterday afternoon, but it was light, more than spotting and enough to use a tampon, but not super heavy like my period usually is. Then this morning it picked up and is heavy like usual. I’m supposed to start Letrozole on cycle day 3, but I’m wondering if I should count yesterday as day 1, or consider day 1 to be today? If I count yesterday as day 1, then I’ll take Letrozole on Thursday, and if I count today as day 1 then I’ll start on Friday. I’m wondering if there’s a huge different between starting on cycle day 2, 3 or 4. The internet gives so many different answers 😂.
