So I went to my 18 week ultrasound today. The doctor said everything looked great except for one thing he was slightly concerned about. He said there were some calcifications in the heart and if I was interested in testing for Down syndrome. I declined at this time because no matter what I will love this baby the same way. But ever since I left I can’t stop thinking about what he said and if it could mean something else. I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem and their baby turned out perfectly healthy? I’m so worried but I want to be calm and forget about it.
