Trying to understand this pain

Hey all, trying to brainstorm before I see my OB this monday. Yesterday i was sent to L&d for evaluation because i had intense pain in my back, side and abdomen. Making me cry, nauseous and unable to function. Of course when i got there the pain went away. Blood tests didnt show anything and baby was fine. Ive stayed away from lifting anything since then and havent felt as bad as i was. But i have a pain in my right side that varies from intense to just a dull ache. Its more towards my back but mostly directly on my side. Any ideas? No bruising, seems to get worse if im on my feet. No major symptoms that would point to kidney or gallbladder. Thanks!
