Possibly ectopic pregnancy/Please Help

I went to the ER yesterday and they are not listening to my symptoms. I was told I have a 4.2x3.7 hemorrhagic cyst with echoes or something like that. But I been having pain on my L ovary that radiates to the top of my hip bone for the past 3-4 weeks and it’s only getting stronger. Missed period, nausea, cervical mucus that lasted about week and a half outside of my fertile window which is out of the norm for me and shoulder pain. Can anyone tell me if those are symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy and if I should do second opinion
