I had a super light period from 2/23-2/26. It was more pink and watery the first 3 days and brown watery bleeding the last day. I couldn’t even fill a panty liner in 4-5 hours. I didn’t have any cramps but I had mild lower back pain. I’ve had sore boobs and sensitive nipples since 3/2. I had a negative pregnancy test on 3/15. Today 3/17 I started experiencing horrible lower back pain nonstop for hours, lower pelvic cramping, and heavy bleeding with some clotting. My cycles are usually 32 days in length and I have 4 day periods with only heavy bleeding and mild cramps the 2nd day. Should I be worried?
