Lice worth it ?

So I feel like I might have lice and I noticed white small stuff on my daughters hair that she didn’t have before. Ever since we came back from Mexico. Well I have tried Mayo & even bought these treatment from Walmart I feel like their still there and I can’t check my own head. I found this clinic that specializes in Lice. And they charge I think $180 and guaranteed lice free. They check your hair with comb , treatment , and add other stuff . But it will be for my daughter and I so like total for everything is $360 . Is that a lot ? To get checked ?

I would try to figure out if I actually had lice first. Not worth it if you don't have lice.

Get you a colour. It will kill them. For your daughter keep checking and checking,you need to be patience  . You can try vinegar in your daughter hair. Put it on everywhere and put a white towel and leave it as much as you can. This will kill them.

Try dying your hair first. Could kill the bugs but not the nits. Nuts have to be taken out before they hatch and you do it again after a week or so to make sure every nit and bug is gone. Then once your hair is clean I’d recommend putting a few drops of tea tree oil in your shampoo or conditioner and it should help prevent the lice from coming back.

My daughter unfortunately got lice this year in kindergarten and gave it to me. I bought a treatment and comb set at the store. I combed through our hair 3x, the treatment didn’t get everything so I made a coconut and olive oil treatment and left it on us for a few hours and washed our hair with tea tree shampoo, then combed one last time. All bedding had to be cleaned in hot water. I’d never spend money on someone else treating my hair, but I also don’t have it to spare. I do know someone that spent over $150 to have their kid’s hair treated b/c they were too freaked out to try themselves.

Have you checked your daughters head? Have you actually seen any lice? Don't do a treatment if you havent actuallyseen any. And going somewhere else to get a treatment won't help if you dont clean everything in your house.
