SIS/mock transfer

I had my SIS (saline sonogram) and mock transfer yesterday in prep for my FET…. Well… looks like my FET isn’t happening as planned because my uterus is full of polyps!!! I had an HSG in 2018 prior to all my fertility treatment after my ectopic resolved. Other than normal ultrasounds I haven’t had any further testing like the saline sonogram. I’ve always had irregular bleeding/cycles as I have PCOS, months without periods,etc. I’m super bummed and a bit worried. Now I have to see my OBGYN to eval Tuesday and tell me next steps. I am just hoping they can get me in for surgery for the procedure as soon as possible . Anyone have this happen???
