Positive LH test 12dpo

Hi lovely ladies can anyone help! I have had 3 positive LH tests in a row the last 3 days. So confused as I’m 12dpo and already tested LH positive last week, I meant to grab a HCG test but took an LH accidentally. Don’t have any HCG tests left 🙄 anyone else had this or have an explanation? X
