Prometrium (progesterone)

Question ladies i had a missed miscarriage last year in april and am now 11 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby. I had some spotting start around 6 and a half weeks which doctor did a second ultrasound and everything was fine with baby then around 10 weeks i was diagnosedwith a small subchronic hematoma while testing was being done progesteronewas at a 12 which makes me a bit uncomfortable doc prescribed prometrium 200 mg once a night vaginally here's my thing i keep seeing stuff say dont take when pregnant and then others say its fine have you taken it how did it go just looking for some insight thanks in advance
