I have a very regular cycle of 31 days. Always regular with no known issues. Last month I started bleeding unexpectedly on cycle day 26. Totally out of the blue and I was not prepared. Heavy bleeding with some cramps…

This month I am got my peak ovulation cycle day 13, and still no period. I am currently cycle day 30 with a negative pregnancy test 😫

So my question is do you think

Last month was an early period or could it have been a very early miscarriage?
