Will I be able to pregnant if I don’t use OPK to track my ovulation? I just use glow prediction on my fertile period and have sex then?

For my baby #1 I tracked my ovulation using OPKs diligently and currently trying for #2. 
Was thinking if anyone don’t track ovulation period and got pregnant?
I find it so hard to get pregnant without tracking intentionally.

I got pregnant 4 times without using opks. Literally just went had sex whenever during what the app said my fertile week was. This app is accurate for me

We can’t answer yes or no — it depends. 
I relied on the app for 6 months to help me get pregnant — and here I am months later still not pregnant. I have to rely on opks and bbt (will introduce bbt later on). I have pretty regular clockwork cycles, minus this last one, lol.  When I ttc again in the summertime, I’m not relying on apps at all.

It’s more accurate for some than others. For instance I ovulate later than my predicted date. It’s best to take it into consideration but also learn your body’s own natural cycle. Opks, bbt, ect

If I didn’t use opk and bbt I wouldn’t of known I was actually ovulating (yea I had a regular 28 day cycle but never actually ovulated)
