Advice on clot

I was 51 days late for my period. It arrived today and I had a clot about the size of a 10 pence. My stomach feels raw and I am feeling weak and shaky. Is that normal for being so late. All tests have been negative. I do have an appointment with the nurse but it's not until Tuesday
