Probiotics while breastfeeding
I am needing to start probiotics for my tummy issues but I’m breastfeeding and it’s hard to find something that doesn’t say it’s harmful while breastfeeding. So if anyone has taking probiotics while breastfeeding, what kind was it? Thank you!!
