Has anyone tried over 1 year and ended up pregnant ?

Going on 6 years, uterine cancer, down a tube and FET in October unfortunately no heartbeat at 6 weeks. Did an IUI this cycle with possible 4 eggs to drop 🙏🏻🤞🏻

1- 5 yrs 1 month, miscarried
2- 2 yrs 1 month, she's 5
3- 1 yr 8 months, missed miscarriage 9 wks
4- 1 yr, he's 1 1/2
5- 9 months, currently 11 wks.

It took us 4 years with one year of fertility treatments. We conceived naturally the month we gave up.
