Bruised nipple help !!
How can I heal my bruised nipple ?
I’m Exclusively pumping they said it’s due to high suction but I have it in the lowest settings im 3m in pumping and this has never happen to me with my first i got measured for flange mg nipple is 20mm and LC told me to use 24 so im confused and also a but sore on the area 😭😭 please help!!
