How do you locate the placenta?

This ultrasound is upside down but where would you locate the placenta? The white part all looks the same to me 😅

Answer

It's hard to tell when you're early on in your pregnancy. When you're further along it kind of looks like a pillow. I have an anterior placenta which means it's in front of my baby so you're looking at a side view in this photo.
