Yes, but it’s how I know that my pelvic floor needs work. Go to your GYNO and ask for a referral for pelvic floor therapy. Every one I’ve ever known that has gone has loved it and it has helped them so much. If you want to know what it looks like first go search through instagram for pelvic floor therapists and they are really helpful in making you feel comfortable about what may happen at your appointment.
