Idk what is going on

According to the app, I am at 12 DPO. I keep getting negative test, but I have sore boobs, my nausea is continuously getting worse, I have minor headaches all the time, food and smells are driving me insane, I am completely emotional, and I’m mentally all over the place because it doesn’t coincide with what the Test say. I’m still two days before my period is supposed to start but looking at everybody else’s stuff at this time and everybody’s getting positive pink lines but me.
