What does the guy take of he gave you a yeast infection?

My vaginal swab results just came in and their nurse said I had a yeast infection but didn't say how bad it was. She just said it came back as yeast. I don't know why I'm getting yeast infections so much! 
My doctor is prescribing me some diflucan. Do probiotics help keep down yeast infection and if so, do I take the probiotic during the diflucan treatment while the yeast is being treated or afterwards? 
Which brand of probiotics is good for yeast infection or just any kind of infection  that contains vaginal health? 
Will probiotics affect trying to conceive? How does that work!

Probiotics should help.. you can take it with the treatment.. It doesn't effect ttc. When i had a yeast infection, dr. suggested my husband use monistat or any (otc)equivalent.. even though he did not have any symptoms, but dr said it wont harm and its better to be on the safe side.. so he just applied the monistat on his penis. I havent gotten a yeast infection since then (over 3 years ago). This is the probiotics my doctor recommended.  Good luck!

It’s unlikely coming from your partner and treatment isn’t necessary unless he’s having symptoms - which again, is rare. Yeast isn’t sexually transmitted. 
Yeast infections are due to an overgrowth of already present yeast. Something tips the balance if you will. 
Take the medication and make sure you’re wearing dry, cotton breathable underwear- nothing wet for long periods of time, no douching, feminine soaps, nothing scented, etc. 
Take the probiotic as well.

Also eat yogurt, avoid bread anything with yeast, wear cotton underwear and jeans that arent tight fitting, wash with unscented body wash
