So I got a positive opk Saturday and I had been having cramps/twinges on my ovaries a couple days before that. Yesterday when I went to use the restroom and wiped I noticed a little bit of pinkish/redish spotting. Today the same thing has happened all day but only when I wipe. Can my period be getting here and that caused a positive opk? I’ve been testing since cd10 and barely got a positive. Or could it be ovulation spotting? I did BD day of peak. I’m also on letrozole.
