Lower abdominal/pelvic pain 1 week PP

Soooo I noticed that since delivery my entire torso is pretty sore and crampy. Especially when eating and when I can feel my bowels working. I also notice my pubic area has sharp discomfort when my bladder is full and when releasing my bladder. Normal??
